4. Subscriptions & Billing
Fees are charged according to your chosen plan (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 48 hours prior to renewal.
Billing Details:
- No refunds for unused services or partial periods
- Price changes require 30 days notice
- Service may be suspended for non-payment after 7 days grace period
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services responsibly and lawfully.
Prohibited Activities:
- Illegal activities or violation of laws
- Malware, hacking, or security attacks
- Unauthorized access to our systems
- Interference with other users
- Reverse engineering our software
6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and intellectual property belong to DevByte Solutions. You receive a limited license to use the services while subscribed.
You retain ownership of your data and content, while granting us rights necessary to deliver the services.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
We prioritize your data security with measures like SOC 2 compliance, GDPR compliance, encryption, and regular audits.
8. Support & Maintenance
Support is provided according to your subscription plan. Enterprise-level support may include 24/7 availability.
Service Level: 99.9% uptime guarantee with service credits for qualifying outages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. Data will be retained for 30 days for potential recovery before permanent deletion.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Compliance & Security
We maintain industry-standard compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and regularly update security practices.
